My husband and I are beginning the QWLC diet. Tomorrow its our first day. I have a 3 day preparation, he doesn't.
I will be on " plan 1"
Our consultant was very confusing. We can't go back to the office to talk with her because we will be out of town for about a month.
Is anyone else on here beginning the program that I can buddy up with?
