Map my Walk results: 6/23/14-7/18/14 total miles walked 49.09. I walked 16 of those days, so average is 3.07 miles each day walked. Not too shabby. Not seeing the pounds drop away, but my pants are a little more baggy. Went to doctor for physical. Labs all good. Choler. 170, blood sugar fasting; normal; thyroid; normal. She said my weight is the only thing, and even that isn't "horrible". Recommended I walk 5-6 days a week and eat 1000 calories to lose the last 10 pounds I want to lose. The problem I see is; alright, I lose that last ten pounds by being hungry (for me 1000 is not enough, esp. with walking) and walking my butt off, but once I go back to 1200-1400 calories and not walking every single day... will the 10 pounds come back? I know for a fact I will not stick with 1000 calories for the rest of my life and walking is great now, it's summer... once winter hits, that treadmill does NOT call out my name! :P Rant over... I'm happy where I'm at, but would love to see the 150's, such a dilemma!
