I am a mother of 5, a wife of a retired army vet, a daughter and granddaughter of a few marines, a neice and a sister of 2 Airmen, and MORE than any of these, A CHILD of the KING. I am on my first ever diet and have been on it for about 2 weeks and one day. My goal this diet is to exersize at least 40 minutes a day and a 1200-1400 cal diet. I would love any sugestions on how to improve my diet. I don't know much about it except to stay away from sugar foods and fried foods. I am on a diet pill perscribed by my family doctor and my goals were set by him. What is good to eat and flavorfull that isn't calorie filled?
