My name is Charlie and I'm 24 years old.

I don't think I really weigh 180 pounds , but I don't have a scale and I didn't want to put less than I actually was on there. My goal is to be somewhere between 150-160, but most importantly I just want to super fit.

I just changed my diet and started an exercise routine (P90X...INTENSE!)

Don't buy any! Haha. I don't have any food at all in my house. Every time I want to eat I have to go get it from the store and I usually make myself walk to get it.

What do you snack on...?
Normally I like to snack on Nutri Grain bars and stuff similar to that, but if I didn't want to add too much to my calorie count I would snack on pickles. Certain pickles have no calories in them at all and can leave a decent amount of weight in your stomach to make you feel full. Also I would drink water while eating them too.
