When you find yourself with portions in front of you that you know are too large, encourage yourself only to eat half. Put the other half away for later and eat that as an entire meal it self.

Yea, What a good idea hock, because a lot times I feel like once you see how much is there you brain makes your stomach prepare its self for exactly that much food.
