Today when I weighed myself I had gained about half a pound. I was surprised as I thought sure I'd lost some. It feels like my underwear even fits differently, but I did measurements and hadn't lost any inches either. Oh well.
Today I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes before having a shake or anything, just water. Then I realized I didn't start the crockpot, so had nothing ready for dinner, so I ordered delivery. Since I hadn't had a shake, I decided that though it was technically my breakfast, I'd eat with the girls, so I had a little from each tray, a little rice and an egg roll, and wonton soup. I punched all of it into the food journal here.
I've had to watch the rest of my meals, so just shakes and I had peanut butter toast and some strawberries.
Hoping I can get the lbs to start coming off again.
Christopher said he's not been going to the gym at the hotel because it's full of other people and he's self conscious. That's a shame too, but hopefully he'll use this time alone to de-stress and relax at least. Since he's not going to the gym, he can't weigh himself there. Hoping we've both lost by Sunday morning's weigh in.

Yesterday morning I had gained (forgot to weigh in here), and so had Christopher. We're pretty sure it was the pasta. We were both really careful about what we ate all day yesterday and stuck to the shakes and watched calories. This morning we'd both lost again. I'm still above what I was before I gained, but it's ok.
Tomorrow morning (Wed) Christopher leaves for a business trip, but is taking a 12 pack of shakes with him and says the hotel has a gym, so that's good. I teased him that with the travel card for meals and the hotel breakfast, I'm sure to win the challenge. I'm hoping it just encourages him to try harder while away from home.

Lost another lb afterall, which I was worried about. Christopher has lost 7, so I'm doubting I'll win the challenge, but that's ok. He needs the encouragement to keep going.
I walked 33 minutes on the treadmill and did 5.5 laps! It said I went 1.37 miles and burned 197 calories.
I think it's going to be harder to stick to this diet now that I'm back to work since my lunch time is when they have dinner. So I should do my 2nd slimfast at my dinnertime, but I get so hungry around 1am.
EDIT: Well, work's over and I snacked WAY too much. Over 1900 calories today, when I wanted to stay between 1200 and 1500. Oh well, will try again tomorrow.
