Not a good week. Did try, but life happens and I haven't worked out as much as I said I would. just twice this week total. I'm on this plateau and I know I have to work twice as hard or more to get past it, and it sucks.

I didn't do well yesterday, so I didn't even record it in my food diary. It was my first day off in what felt like forever. It had been a really long week. I've been stuck on a plateau all week and in fact have gained weight despite cutting calories and working out, though I did lose inches. We had friends over and I made a crockpot chicken taco soup with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream. That wasn't bad, but I ended up having 2 doughnuts and a huge bowl of ice cream and then later, leftovers from the kielbasa and cabbage too. Now I just feel BLAH. I know I ate too much, I am feeling the after effects and I know the scales are going to show how bad I was.
I did decide though while I was out shopping before people came over, that I needed a supplement to help get things kickstarted. My metabolism is crap, and the low calories and working out isn't doing anything. So, I got a bottle of Hydroxycut.
So, while I was bad today, tomorrow will be a fresh start. Hopefully the pills will help.

So glad to see the scale go down again this morning. I was worried when it was stuck on the same number for 3 days, but it finally went down, yay! Determined to work out every day this week. Kids are on Spring Break, so I'll get them to go walk with me so they turn into couch potatoes. Christopher is doing great on his weightloss and has lost 11 lbs since we started and already looks amazing. So, it's been a great week 1 of this challenge and first month of my weightloss overall. Hope to keep up this trend and get it off for the summer and keep it off!
