Today I went to the mall with 3 of the girls. I had a shake before we left and took one with me. It wasn't time to eat when we got to the mall, so I left it in the car. Next time, I'll need a purse big enough to take a shake with me. After getting Rhiannon's eye exam and picking out frames, it was time to eat. We went to the food court and I ordered 2 plates of Japanese food (teriyaki chicken I think for both, one with noodles, one with rice, and one side of zucchini). All 4 of us ate off the two plates while we talked. I don't think I had more than 5 bites total, which may be why the girls were all full and there was still food left on both plates. I told them to eat more so it wasn't wasted (two are still growing afterall), but it felt good knowing I didn't pig out on it like I would normally have. I also had a Diet Pepsi instead of getting Peachie Sweet tea.
After the mall, we went to Starbucks and I got a skinny no-fat chai frap with no whip, and got the girls something.
When we got home, I had a 2nd shake (a cold one from the fridge).
Three hours later, I made a caesar type salad with roasted chicken, and a mug of hot tea with Splenda.
Overall, I think I did pretty well on not eating poorly just because I wasn't home, and I didn't spend much on food for the 4 of us either. The Starbucks was expensive of course, but it's a treat we don't get very often, and well worth it. Mmmm.
Hoping all the walking I did at the mall counts as exercise, since I didn't have time to do anything else. I can't get on the treadmill while Christopher is asleep. Here's hoping I see more pounds gone tomorrow!

Today was day 1 of starting over with the slim fast shakes. Christopher and I are both committed and challenging each other.
