I am a teacher with two kids, age 9 and 16, and a lovely wife - who is in better shape now than before the kids. A few years ago, I went to the doctor and was the heaviest I ever was, so I started a routine that worked, I lost 20 lbs. The second child brought more baby weight for me and before I reached the same heights I decided to take action. I have been following the philosophy of the Adonis Index workouts and was able to add muscle mass to my frame while losing fat.
I was able to maintain my weight around 150 for the better part of 4 years after my second weight loss. I however took some medicine and lost control of my diet that caused me to gain back the 20 lbs. I have been working hard to reclaim my level of fitness.
