I am a teacher with two kids, age 2 and 9, and a lovely wife - who is in better shape now than before the kids. A few years ago, I went to the doctor and was the heaviest I ever was, so I started a routine that worked, I lost 20 lbs. The second child brought more baby weight for me and before I reached the same heights I decided to take action.
I read Tim Ferriss' blog about "geek to freak" and got inspired. I did some research on his supplement regime and I am following it for the most part. I don't want to add so much weight, just lower my body fat and raise my lean muscle mass.
I started all this on Monday the 4th. My weight was 169 and my body fat was 25%. My goal is to lower my body fat to 10% and increase my lean mass by at least 10 lbs.
