I'm a retired man, short and very overweight. I am very tired of being like this. I don't eat much, but I am over 210 pounds. I have no idea why. I am posting my detailed everyday diary to prove what I eat is not much. And maybe I can figure out what is happening. I am trying an Atkins Diet.

Placing recipes on the app
I found a semi-solution that works for me. I use the computer, not the app so the navigation will be different.

On the "My Fat Secret", I click the third tab at the top, right side of the calendar tab.

Then, on the right I go to "My Favorite Meals"

I am able to enter it there. But, be sure you write the recipe per serving or when you add the item to your day's list, you get the entire meal all the servings.
