Wow, it's only my third day on this body detox and cleanse. I didn't do this to really lose the weight it was more of a way to give my body a good cleaning and time to process all of my bad food choices. It'd been really challenging and I really just want to eat a burger or pasta. lol. Still happy to get out of the 260s. I've never seen that high of a weight and it panicked me. Not that 250s are any better, but at least it's where i thought i'd be after months of ignoring the scale. It's also that week when i'm retaining alot of water and generally am highest in weight.
feeling like i might be able to succeeed yet still not motivated.
I'm really looking forward to my Bodybug coming in. Probably won't be for about a month.

wow. this is the my biggest number yet and god help me let it be the last time I ever see the 260s, and let me get back under 200 this year.... There will still be progress to be made but at least I won't look like the Michlin man.
Both of my parents have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and I'm scared to death. I am genetically more inclined to get it as well, plus my eating habits are attrocious making it twice as likely to be my fate. I don't want that to happen. I want to be happy. I would like to be able to look in the mirror again... It's been so long.
Today I started a 7 day cleanse to get my body ready to be healthy
I'm just trying to get off of my bad habits and I really think bad food is an addiction (cards and sugars) I'm going cold turkey for a week (wow I even use food in my analogous... ha ha) anyways one week of raw veggies and a small amount of fruit..... and the cleanse liquid and food
I have no motivation at all but I haven't in so long that I"ve decided just to go for it even without the confidence and motivation to get started.
oh, side note... me + no food = mean. lol my BF left the house to night to watch tv elsewhere. ha ha. poor guy. I'm just hoping in the long run it's worth it all.

Getting frustrated that I'm not losing very quickly like I did the first time I started this. It says my last weigh in was 22 days ago... so that means I've only lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. Hopefully I'll get to 10 pounds this month.. I have been eating great, No binges. I read quite a bit about how many calories I need to take in to get to my goal weight. I'm working as hard as I can but I"m still recovering from being sick so my energy level is pretty low. This week I went for a jog three nights and a long walk one night. I also did two short strength training sessions. I don't want to overdue it but I really need to get this weight off and the more I get off now the more motivated I'll be...
