Getting frustrated that I'm not losing very quickly like I did the first time I started this. It says my last weigh in was 22 days ago... so that means I've only lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. Hopefully I'll get to 10 pounds this month.. I have been eating great, No binges. I read quite a bit about how many calories I need to take in to get to my goal weight. I'm working as hard as I can but I"m still recovering from being sick so my energy level is pretty low. This week I went for a jog three nights and a long walk one night. I also did two short strength training sessions. I don't want to overdue it but I really need to get this weight off and the more I get off now the more motivated I'll be...
239.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2 pounds a week is great progress, don't be discouraged! Anyt more than that and it is not fat loss but water and muscle loss as well, so don't sweat it, you're doing fine!
