I'm getting married in two years and have finally hit the point where I want to lose 40 pounds I've gained over the past two years. The funny thing is, it wasn't even trying on wedding dresses that finally got me to this point, it was the realization I have SIX black suit jackets in my closet and not a single one fits.
I'm a big believer in everything in moderation. I don't like to diet because if I've had a bad day at work, I'll binge on something I shouldn't be having.
The biggest change I'm making though is working out. I haven't had a workout routine in almost six months and that definitely has something to do with my weight gain. Right now I'm trying to just work out three times a week. I don't care if it's just for ten minutes, anything is better than nothing. After I can get myself just working out, then I'll start setting a time goal for how much I work out.
