Easier with each day
I eat my last meal around 7:00 unless I have a late appt then I try to get the last morsel of food in before 8:00 but not always successful. If it was easy, I would be thinner.

Today is my rice day, so I am having Basmati with mushrooms. Will have early dinner at about 5 pm and this is it. Hope the scale will reward me tomorrow morning! How it is going with you?

No hungry - sleepy
Im not snacking, after 8 is when I eat dinner. By the time I finish my bike ride, taking care of the barn, garden, horses and so on....it's dark. I know that 8 pm is too late to be eating though and ...
