I'm 44 years old, single mother of 3 boys but 2 are already grown and out of the house. My youngest is 6. I work in the medical field; manage medical practices and am constantly on the go. In the last 15 months I have gained 20 lbs and my closet is now my enemy. Once upon a time, I couldn't wait to wait to wake up and pick out my cute outfits for work. Now, I stress about what will fit and cover my body. Very disappointing. I want to get my life back and enjoy looking at the person in the mirror.
