Hello my name is Colleen. I am 26 with three children. All girls, ranging from 8 years old - 9 months old. I have tried many diets, Atkins being one. It seems that after every pregnancy, I go on some kind of weigh loss program. I want to lose about 45 pounds total. I know it will take time to lose because it took time to get the weigh on.
