Hi,
I am 53 and have been dedicated weight trainer since 07/01/10.
Monday, the 14 was my first venture into calorie counting and
macro management. I am 175lbs right now and approx. 10% BF @
5'10" tall. I have 18mm of pinched fat 1" to the right of my
navel, which is the thickest fat on my body. A "goal", which will take sometime, 180lbs @ 4%BF. There is a local, natural
bodybuilding contest, October each year. I am going down as
a spectator this year and will be looking to enter next year.
I may not make the 180, but I will want the 4% as a goal for next
fall. I am Christian, the father of 7 and run my own business. I have been interested in and read much on weight training since the early 80's. I've lifted over the years but have not stayed on a program with consistency or duration as I do now.

I have been using fatsecret for my calorie numbers, as I had made
excel sheets for food, cal, protein, carbs, fats. This looks pretty neat. It all takes time,the sheet method much more!
