So since being on south beach I have lost a total of 10lbs!!! Already within the first week. I'm ready to see what week two will bring and going into Phase II of this diet. Phase one is kicking my ass however it is getting easier! Here's to 150 Pounds!!

So when I came back to fat secret I estimate my weight from the last weigh in which was 188 pounds. When I finally got on a scale I balloned back up to 195. Since starting south beach and eating better I am now back down to 187. I don't plan on ever turning back and will keep going till I reach my ultimate goal of 158. LEGGO!!

So one of the biggest changes in my diet has been no fast food and starting today no carbs. I can already feel a headache coming on because of the lack of carbs, however, I know within a week it will be easier. The goal is to stay strong for these two weeks so I can reintroduce healthy carbs back into my life.

Today is a new day. I only lost a pound this week however I haven't been following any type of diet like I set out. In a way I kind of fell off because of my busy schedule however I maintained my calories and did not blow it by eating bad foods. However my husband and I due to previous health conditions made a pack that we will not eat fast food anymore. If we are out of town or in a sticky situation because we are not home, we will go to a resturant and order a meal that we planned to eat before going. We are now more focus on becoming "Heart Healthy" vs just "Skinny"......
Heres to a Healthier me!! ****and along the way a Smaller me*****

So today is officially over which means I'm officially done with Day one of Phase 1 south Beach. Last time I started this diet I only stayed on it for two weeks and lost close to 11 pounds. A entire year later I haven't gained none of it back and I'm fully committed to loosing another 30 pounds before June 1st, 2012. :)
My Plan: To Stick with South Beach until my desire weight loss than to live the rest of my life in Phase 3 which is the maintenance phase. I'm super excited to see myself 30 pounds smaller :)
