For Breakfast I had scramble eggs with turkey Bacon
For Lunch I had a Grilled Chicken Salad
and for a snack I made turkey suasage, turkey bacon, califlower and cheese.
For dinner I plan on having steak with beef stock and a small sweet potatoe. Not sure if I am allowed to have sweet potatoe with phase one but a small one couldn't hurt.

Its amazing to see myself shrink! Less than 2 months ago I was 220 and now I'm damn near under 200 lbs! South beach has helped me knock off another 15 stubborn pounds and I'm ready to keep it moving. I havent logged on due to school, work and baby. However, I will make it a daily routine to log in and share my day. I had surgery yesterday so I am unable to get to the gym for a few weeks however with south beach I will continue to loose or atleast maintain my weight loss.

After giving it much thought, Iam ditching the Low Cal diet for something more contructive. South Beach just seems like the diet for me. My husband is currently on Atkins, so maybe I can convert him to south beach and we can go in together.

I had my son 6 months ago and even though I lost all of my baby weight, I'm still have a lot to go. After college I gained nearly 50 pounds and I'm ready to be 50 pounds smaller. Not only for myself but also for my son. I'm ready to be fully committed this time around. No giving up or in. My plan is simple, to stop eating fast food and junk food. I plan to eat more often but smaller portions and to add more veggies/fruits to my diet. I plan to work out 4-5 days a week, which will include at least 35-40 minutes of cardio.
Hopefully in 3 months I will be at least 25 pounds smaller...
