Looking for buddies who share interest and goal
Hi Suz, just starting today, also looking for a diet buddy. Need to lose 54 pounds, and have no idea where to start! Was within 10 pounds of my goal weight prior to getting married two years ago. Now 40 pounds heavier and miserable about it! I live in Indiana and I just turned 49. Maybe we can keep each other motivated! Have some medical problems that makes activity near impossible, but am going to try anyway, also trying to quit smoking on Sept 1 ( wish me luck!).
