I have had to eat items that I don't normally eat...like beans, canned soups, pasta, canned fruits and apple sauce. I'm sure some of my gain is due to the diet and some is due to the body retaining water to repair. I dropped out of ketosis the just before I had the surgery and I am going to try and get back into it now. I feel so much better when I am in ketosis. I H A T E taking all the antibiotic and paid killers. I was just getting my gut flora back to being healthy! Back to square one.

A new week! Keep on keepin on. I would like to be done with the 250's by the end of the month. It may be a crazy goal, but it's my hope. It will take a lot of work to stay on course. Last week was a soup week, but all that salt was not nice to me. Back to the salads, which I love. And ofcourse, fish! I need to make a trip into town for groceries...my kale and bok choi are still to small to pick. But, I have alot of eggplant coming on. I will buy some lamb and cucumbers too.

bad a loggin in food, but i think my gain has too do with lack of sleep and W A Y to much S A L T Y foods. This week I will try not to have processed meat & cheeses.

Well, it's better than nothing I guess! Keep on going through November...a little harder since it is getting colder and I want comfort foods. I'm a soupaholic in the winter.
Please tell me your favorite low carb soups. I'm starting a list.
