Its been a busy week and next week will be even more crazy at work...as we have VP's coming in so I have to on my P's and Q's....Today, I am focusing on making the changes I need to make in order to get to my goal...instead of focusing just on the goal...Once again, I have been lax in my methods the last 3 nights...had 26 year anniversary...husband sand have steered back on course...However, there is one GREAT accomplishment I have no where gone back to the day of binge eating...However, I have been unable to lose any just maintaining...Its a Great Friday 13th!! Hope everyone has a great weekend...

Doctors visit went really well except that I never follow up on cardiac rehab. Doc could not stress the importance of following up with intense cardiac rehab, so they called today and I start on the 24th. Doc was real please with the 20 pound loss explained how I was walking every day, ut still insist on this rehab...If anyone has done this please provide me with some expectations. Doc had told me this is a gym setting with a lot of physical workouts...Also, I order me a air fryer, through Wal Mart, if anyone is using one please provide tips, hopefully it will be delivered on 05/13...I have really been wanting some fried chicken, fried pork chops...yum yum...

Wow...busy busy busy!! I haven't had much time to get on line and read journals and comments to stay motivated....I have allowed some bad choices to slip in here and there which is enough to gain 1 pound...However, I am more worried about my choices than the pound. I need to make it a clean day today, but the belly is growling and stress is up...doctors appt. tomorrow which is stressful in itself, as I do not go to the Dr.s...what is a chubby girl to do...

5 weeks in a row recorded a loss, they are not big losses but I am moving in the right direction....Does anyone else use the app calorie count... I download it yesterday and it seems very helpful...along with my fatsecret app, and fitbit...It helps to get me motivated...
