Still a struggle to get the dress pants on today, but I feel there is a difference. I am looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in and measurements. I think Melissa and I are going to take the challenge.

Scale was good. Work out a little tougher today, but I got past my oil barrell. My pants were tough to get buttoned. It is getting better. Resisted multiple temptations again today.

Work Pants didn't scream as bad today. They are still tight though. Working out and eating right is paying off. I was able to ward off the food day yesterday and only ate what I brought to work.
Turned down muffins this am as well. Turned a fatty lunch. Successful day so far! Scale continues to show progress.

I didn't gain any weight this weekend! I also exercised Sat and Sun. Just Dance 4. Looking forward to a good week! Wore jeans today, they fit ok.
