Sigh....my husband hid my scale and it is driving me bananas. Of course I was the dummy who told him to do it so I wouldn't way myself everyday. I am missing my morning ritual and I am feeling nervous about not knowing how my weight is fluctuating. I am worried that if there is no weight loss in the course of a week that I will be really mad at myself. I know getting angry doesn't get me anywhere but sometimes I can't help it. C'est la vie. All I can do is eat the way I am supposed to and hope for the best!

No big jump in weight this Monday (phew). I am really hoping to break into the 180's this week. I tried on a bunch of clothes this weekend just for kicks and I fit into a size 14 jeans at Old Navy! Take that fat chick stores. God I hate plus sized stores. I even fit into an XL jacket. No more 2X for me! I didn't buy anything. I promised myself I wouldn't buy any new clothes til I hit my 185 goal. It feels SO good to know that I am going to be able to shop at normal stores again. I didn't think that would ever happen.

I AM SO FRUSTRATED. I finally thought I was heading in the right direction and for no good reason my weight has ballooned up right back to where I have been stuck for weeks. I am so sick at looking at my fat blobby self. The futility of weeks of dieting is really pissing me off. Before you ask, no I have not changed what I have been eating, I fill out my food journal at home religiously I don't always put it on here. I eat 1200 calories a day and no I don't load up on carbs.

This is definitely one of the good weeks. Hopefully I am not gearing up for another 3 week stall!

Feeling really positive today and think I even convinced one of my friends to join up here too! I am so close to my first goal I can taste it!
