I'm fat. Pretty much shaped like my image.... Turned 50 last November; 13 year old daughter; married 27 years in April. I need to get off my butt and lose some serious weight (185 to 150 @ least). I might as well be pregnant considering that's how I look; surprising no one has commented.... I'm typically on a light bulb schedule of consistent exercise: on, off, on, off.... I need help and enouragement.
