Our new health insurance plan at work covers 12 weeks of WW annually. I saw a lot of people at work joining and loosing, so I started WW on 10/18/11. I weighed in at 262. I really like the program and have lost over 20lbs. Thankfully, my insurance will cover another 12 weeks in 2012. Hopefully by that time I will have lost over half of my goal.

My ultimate goal is 147 by my birthday -- 9/26/2012.

I reward myself for reaching my goals. Every 5 pounds, I buy some bird seed, a new skin care product or something else small that I enjoy, but wouldn't ordinarily buy.

For every 25 pounds, I get to order something from one of my horse or gardening catalogs that is not practical. One of those things I always think is SO cool but SO expensive. My first 25 pound reward is right around the corner.

For my ultimate goal, I'm going on vacation. Somewhere really cool like Ireland, Scotland or England! Or, maybe out West in the US -- we'll see. Something definitely involving horses!!!

I'm really looking forward to feeling good about myself again. I'm really looking forward to dressing up and looking good. I'm really looking forward to being back in shape. And, I'm really looking forward to not beating myself up for all of my prior poor food choices.
