Have not been on here for a while. Had some bad anxiety and stress and decided weight was not what I needed to focus on. I am no longer weighing myself but I am eating well. This am I woke up at 5 and worked out for 30 minutes. It has been at least a year since I did that last. Going to try to keep this up and make it a routine. My new years resolution will be Healthy. I choose a word.

People tell me that I should just except that maybe this is the weight my body wants to be. I can't do it. For the last ten years of my life I was between 125 and 135 most of the time and now I am hovering at 140. My body loves 140. I have gotten to 136 multiple times but never below. What the heck!? Very frustrating. I am eating at least 5 servings a day of fruits and vegetables. I watch closely what I eat 5 days a week. On the weekends I am watching what I eat but not so closely I am counting calories. I am only drinking about once a week now. I know that more exercise would help (I walk about 30 minutes-1.5 hours a day) but I get home at 5:30, clean and cook, eat dinner, sit for 2 hours and go to bed.I really understand now when people say they don't have time. This is why I walk at work on breaks.
