Decided on buying a FitBit as all you guys seem to find them useful. Can someone explain how I can link my unit here or do I have to enter it manually?

Hi, I use a website called Fitmess.com to link. There's also a Fatsecret FitBit group that a few of us are in too to compare notes. I find using my Fitbit challenges me to do better. Personally I have a Charge HR but research and ask around to see what might suit you best.
