What a GLORIOUS Saturday!!! Up semi-early to take the dogs to the groomer then had a big breakfast (which is a change). Got half of a walk in this morning....going to be a beautiful day today!! Still wondering what in the world is going on with my blood sugars...109 last night....229 fasting. ???? Anyway, just keep swimming!!!! :)

Can someone take a gander at my diet from yesterday?? For some reason I jacked my sugars up with something I ate! Either way...thank God for insulin! Oh, AND Thank God for FRIDAY!!!! Just keep swimming!!! :)

Good Thursday Morning!!! I am coming to quickly realize that everyone's journey is to be very different so that everyone can walk away with knowledge that is best suited to them. My whole life I have been averse to exercise, and at this point, ironically, I am finding that is the ONLY thing that will kick start my weight loss. Three days walking...3.8 lbs down this morning. It is what it is so let's get it done! Keepin' on...:)

It's HUMPDAY!!! Now, can I get over this weight loss hump?? I just don't understand...I've cut out ALL the junk I was eating that totaled in excess of 3500 calories a day and over 350 carbs. I'm down to approx 1400 calories a day (give or take some days) and in wonderful control of my carbs. Still, barely a weight loss!Why? Why? WHY?!!!
Didn't get to walk yesterday as the Heavens here opened up to make GOOD way for the May flowers---they better be some gorgeous ones! Today I am having chicken and berries for breakfast...strange combo but I wanted meat this morning. Coffee coming right up! Today I will get my walk in again and hopefully take it a little farther because I missed yesterday. Just keeping on! That's all I can do--one day at a time! fbs 161...pm bs 121.
