I live in Utah with my husband, our two daughters (ages 4 and 6 mos), and our yellow lab. I am a happy homemaker (having a foul mouth, and alcohol daily helps)! I am 36 years old, and since I recently had a baby - trying to lose the extra pounds I put on during pregnancy. I am doing a low carb diet, but not watching my portion sizes. I usually start my morning with Irish Coffee...and finish the night by drinking several light beers. If a food has 9 carbs or less, give it to me! What kind of a diet is this? I have no idea...but I just like the idea of sharing my ups and downs with ya'll. :) Good luck to you!
