In need of Motivation
Recently started exercising, which wasnt something I've really done before. I go to the gym 3 times a wek and swim 3 times a week too, gradually increasing the distance I walk/jog, cycle and swim each week as well as doing some weights. I'm trying to eat healthly as well but I find im always hungry, I had a calculation which said while im exercising this much I should be eating 1725ish calories a day but this seem quite high although I do burn more than I eat. Just laking a bit of Motivation as with working full time going to the gym and freelancing I dont feel I have time or engery for anything else.
