I stayed around 1500 calories yesterday despite eating out. I know that is generally too many calories for my metabolism, but we were celebrating my youngest moving into high school. I am sure the weight will come off. I am not worrying too much about it. This weekend is going to be celebratory as well because my BF and I are celebrating 7 years. :-)

Weigh-in: 180.0 lb

lost so far: 45.0 lb

still to go: 25.0 lb

Weight is staying steady today. I did really good on my diet considering today was my son's 8th grade graduation. I am also due for my period in a few days, so I am likely weighing a bit of water. Even so, my weight was stable today.
