Today was a pretty good day. Feeling better every day. Im starting to notice a difference in the way my clothes are fitting which is pretty cool. Ready to see what Jeff has in store for me tomorrow.

Day one is finally over!!! About to hit the shower and go to bed. I've got a long raod ahead of me, but I've got a full tank and I'm ready to keep this thing going. I've got a lot more food research to do, but I think in a few weeks I'll have the food part down and will know pretty much exactly what I need to keep the "engine" burning. Just have to get used to eating the snacks between meals. This site is DEFINITELY going to help me out a lot with that. I didn't think I'd be able to stay under 2000 calories at first, but if your eating the right things it's actually kind of a burdon to eat all of food your supposed to, which is freakin AWESOME!!!
