Hmmmm... I was on cortison for a while due to some medical situation.. that made me reach about a 102 kgs after i stopped i lost till 85... which is the weight i have been my entire life almost.. and then all of a sudden i decided to take it serious and loose all the weight and i actually did !! Mashala!! and now 2 years after loosing all the weight and gaining 6 kilos back on after stabilizing my weight im having a very tough time maintaining it and im always cautious about what i eat (try my best to stay away from Carbs- I have them once in like weeks literally) but my problem these days is sweets im having them daily and not in small amounts :( Anyhow i always had and always will have the issue of the amount of food i eat.. i still eat big amounts but after losing the weight the type of food changed not the amount.. If anyone wants any advice im here!! Thanks!
