What is better for losing weight: weightlifting or jogging?
You need both. I work out six days a week. I mix cardio and weightlifting. I do interval training. Run on treadmill at faster clip for 12-20 minutes. Lift in between running segments. In other weeks I do heavier lifting with :60 bursts of jump rope or running. Never stop, keep pushing the weights after the bursts.
