Any people struggling with any type of eating disorders here?
And thank you for the tip Carsten, my goal is to eat a small breakfast and continue eating small amounts of food throughout the day. And thank you also twinklebun, I couldn't have said it better

Any people struggling with any type of eating disorders here?
Thank you everyone for your kind comments, I just wanted to find someone I could relate to. And I gained so much weight because my family went overboard on making me eat and I got very depressed.
Today for example, I drank alot of water and forced myself to eat a chicken salad for lunch. I didn't eat it all, and I know that was very unhealthy but like you said it is hard for me to look at food positively. Tomorrow i am going to breakfast with my mom and she will make sure I eat alot, which I somewhat dread. And I am almost 19 Mummydee

Actually it's not easy at all, I struggled with it for years. I excersize on a regular basis, it's just hard for me to eat. Anorexia and other eating disorders have nothing to do with your actual weight in my opinion but how you see yourself. Anorexia is a life-long obstacle, one I fight every single day not to give into!

I'm a former anorexic (92lbs at my worst) and am struggling with trying to lose weight without falling back into former habits!

I have a love/hate relationship with food (former anorexic) but currently my addiction is pepsi. Not a food I know
