I am going to focus on recording what I eat (everything!), moving more and drinking more water. I also am going to try and stay away from 'diet foods'; such as fat free and sugar substitutes.

Hiya!

I'm Lacey and I found this site yesterday while doing a nutrition label search in Google. I love the idea of motivating each other to stick with whatever plan we're using to lose the weight. I think there are a zillion diets out there that work, but it's finding the right one for ME and staying motivated to continue for one more day.

I'm hoping to weigh 145 by my 45th birthday (March 2011), so I've got my work cut out for me ...

I'm not sure what 'diet plan' I'm on, but for now my goals are to: record EVERYTHING I eat, drink water consistantly, move more (walking!). And STAY motivated!

Hi Gabbi2!

Welcome!

I've done First Place in the past and loved the bible study portion, but not the diet plan (sorta like the old WW's exchange plan). I understand they've updated the diet plan ... what are your thoughts, I may want to check it out again! ; )
