I would like to enter my exercise properly but can't on here. At the gym the machine calculates it much lower which I believe is correct. Any suggestions you exercise people?

It seems like forever but it's only been two weeks since I read your journals and marveled at how great you all have done! Some of you have new photos, that I don't even recognize, Great Job!
I won't name you all as surely I would leave someone out but believe me I have thought of you everyday. I hope your journey continues successfully. Ride each wave proudly knowing your ahead of many that have not found the Fat Secret Family, or the correct WOE (way of eating) for their success.
You might trip, or even fall but you can rest assured your FS Family will pick you up and carry you to your next NSV (non scale victory) or weigh-in.
As I have reached my initial weight goal I will continue with my journey till this last bit of belly fat understands it's gotta go! I don't have all the answers in fact very few. I do know it takes determination, consistency, a daily caloric deficit, preplanning and most of all Friends!
In my estimation it is very easy to lose weight, the struggle will be maintaining.
