Ok...my bio? I am a 37 year old mom of 5 (4 at home and 1 married)going through a divorce Growing up, I was very active doing track, cheerleading, volleyball, basketball, and did several competitive run/bike/swims. Over the years as usual I have steadily gained weight and now weigh more than I ever have at 266 pounds. I am a Type 2 Diabetic, have high cholesterol, and some other health issues. I am aiming for 150 which would still be considered overweight for me but would definitely be healthier. My goal is to be able to do a mini-triathalon next summer.
