Late-Night Hunger!
Do NOT eat anything besides water 90 minutes before you go to sleep.
You are hungry because you didn't get all the calories you needed for the day, if you are losing weight, thats not a bad thing, but you can't be that hungry that you need to eat a cow. You should be hungry but not that much.
If you don't care about HGH production like I do, forget about the first thing I told you and eat whatever you want: eggs are a good option. Something with good fats before you go to bed is always better that something full of sugar.
