Pretty happy with my effort. Didn't put lastweeks effort down which i put on 900g. Too busy with going back to work etc, but back at work for a week and this week i have lost 1.1kgs very happy. Finally back on track now just to stick with it. I know that i can do it, it's all in the head. 14.9 kgs to go

Time to get serious again. Have had nearly 5 weeks off from exercise. Went overseas for just over 3 weeks. And have had 5 weeks off work on holidays. Start back at work on Tuesday next week. But the best thing is start jogging again tomorrow. So hard to get back into a routine after so long off. I had just started losing weight and getting into the jogging just a few weeks before we went on holidays.I know i can do it, it's all in the mind.Even went and bought some new workout clothes today. My next weigh in day is on Sunday. Still haven't got into a routine with my eating etc but don't think i will till i actually go back to work but hey jogging tomorrow and that's a start.

well just got back from an overseas holiday for 23 days. I put on just over 2kgs but i'm ok with that. I still have a week off from work then i am going to get serious with my weight loss.Also just went and bought a new fit bit today, it counts calories, steps, etc.
