So the stress of Christmas and new years is over thank goodness, kids are happy, on to yet another year and my plans of being a slimmer more healthier me. My new years resolution is to stick to my plan meet my goals and keep on trucking, I'm really looking forward to the warmer weather this year more so than any other year I was so used to finding outfits that cover my body, even now after only losing37 pounds I feel more comfortable in my skin, it's an amazing feeling.

Wonderful, marvelous day it is today, over my slump, water gain from my monthly friend has me down a pound today, hoping more is going to come off. What is even better I have reached my first personal mini goal with 5 days to spare, right on track wooooh oooh so happy with myself. We have fresh fallen snow so that means more driveway snow shovelling today, and a good workout. Got today off so plan on doing my housework you know laundry dishes etc and I want to do a Zuma workout today.

Had our first big snowfall, got one heck of a workout shoveling the driveway. Talk about sore, my back my shoulders, my arms my hands even my fingers hurt. Someone needs to invent an exercise machine that simulates shoveling snow, talk about a full body workout, WOW. So today is day 89, it's hard to believe I have been doing this for 3 months, but I have and I'm sticking too it, and what's even more amazingly I made it through the holidays without gaining a pound. Just wish I could do it through my period and not get the water gain, I know itsjust that but for some reason that is when I'm the hardest on myself, gets me depressed.

Up for work early 4:30 am not feeling too well, but made it through the day, 2 oranges 2 bananas, special k snacks (100 cal) and some cinamin Bagley bites. Home did workout and weigh in, had an early dinner turkey on multi grain bread low fat mayo and some stuffing. Tired going to go to bed early, have another early morning tomorrow.
