I've been going over my calorie goals so I want to work on staying under. Eating more vegetables would make it easy but I have to eat what's in the house until pay day 😅.

Sundays will be my weigh-in days and my "cheat" days. I am not going to count my calories on Sundays. I lost 5 pounds this week!

Okay....getting back on the wagon...hopefully, for. good this time 😂. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by Christmas (roughly 5 months). Alright team (you know who you are), let's do this!
