I'm 38 yrs old and I am a single parent to two boys. My oldest son has Autism plus a couple of sleep disorders. My youngest son has ADHD. So I am pretty much a fulltime caregiver. I don't get to go out very often without my boys, so starting a weight loss program has been a little tricky. What also makes my life challenging is that I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. We are at doctor's offices on a regular basis. I have always had a weight problem from the time I was twelve of thirteen years old. I hope to lose at least 80lbs.

Multiple Sclerosis and trouble exercising
Hello. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I am having trouble stepping up my exercise program. I am able to do most exercises until my core temperature begins to rise. That is when you know you are starting to burn calories and that is when my MS gives me problems. I get dizzy, I get vertigo and I become very off balance. I try to continue until I almost fall over. I am afraid that I will really get hurt. Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do? If I don't exercise more, I'll never lose this weight.
