A potato salad with crunchy vegetables without Miracle Whip Salad dressing that's still sweet.
Ingredients
Directions
- Skin the potatoes and chop into bite sized pieces.
- Put into a pot of water to boil.
- Cup up the remaining vegetables and add to a large bowl.
- Boil potatoes until slightly softened. approximately 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes to the vegetables. Add mustard and olive oil.
- Stir. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer before serving.
