days off from exercise
I read 4.5hrs and was like 'Surprised' but I agree with the above. I would only suggest that with regard to your training schedule - 'mix it up' don't just do cardio every morning. I don't know what it is but I do believe that our minds and bods need to be stimulated and doing different things...not getting stuck in routine because we find ourselves getting used to it. Maybe try, Pilates/Yoga, swimming, walking as some alternatives. Moreover, (and i'm sure you're already doing this) just keep ur water and protein levels up and remember to give urself a day off so your body can recuperate. Hope this helps a little. Best of luck!
