I'm in my early 40's have three children all grow up.My husband is extremly supportive and devoted with i'm grateful. i gained about 20lbs in the last 10yrs. I've been working out daily for the last couple yrs. with out changing my eating habits. I have not shed much weight for that reason.In early Feb i started the HCG diet,I dropped 10lbs in that mth and have not gained any back i have finally conceded that i can not eat any thing i like and have cut back on simple carbs. switched breads to brown rice and sprouted bread,on non-fat milk and non-fat yogurt and almost no pasta.
I workout mon thru fri, spin and lifting weights are my two favorite exercises for now, building muscle and not much lbs loss. But I'm not gaining and hope too very soon start to drop lbs.
