Don't know how that happened overnight, but I'm always glad to see it move in that direction. I tried multiple times, and it seems to be right so hooray!

The frustration continues. Even though I ate foods that weren't the healthiest choices this week I still came in below calorie goal every single day. I looked up some of the diets suggested, but they all cut out foods that I cant live without. During the week I am a vegetarian, which is what I consider ideal, but because of certain medication that I take my dietary choices are severely limited which would make those diets nearly impossible.

Really, Really, Really frustrated right now. I'm not exceeding my calorie limit, I'm exercising, and I'm still gaining weight.

:-( I've been following my diet well, no slip-ups and I still gained weight. Even during Ramadan when I don't eat all day. I'm very frustrated.
