Olivje Salat

Ein russischer Salat mit Kartoffeln und Fleischwurst.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ungefähr 3 mittelgroße Kartoffel mit Schale etwa 20 Minuten Kochen.
  2. Dann abkühlen lassen, schälen und in Würfeln schneiden.
  3. 4 mittelgroße Eier etwa 12 Minuten kochen.
  4. Abkühlen lassen und ebenso in Würfel schneiden.
  5. Geflügel-Fleischwurst und sauere Gurken in Würfel schneiden und zu den anderen Zutaten hinzugeben. Erbsen ebenso dazu mischen.
  6. Majo dazugeben und gut vermischen.
  7. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
