Ingredients
Directions
- Die Zwiebel, das Paprika und eine frische Chilischote (rot) kleinschneiden. Die Zwiebel in der Margarine andünsten und das Hackfleisch dazugeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika würzen und gut durchbraten.
- Die Paprika, Chilischote, eine Dose gehackte Tomaten und die Gemüsebrühe in einen Topf geben und aufkochen. Nach Belieben würzen. Bei kleiner Flamme leicht köcheln bis das Gemüse gar ist.
- Das gebratene Putenhack dazu geben und gut untermischen.
- Das ganze auf einem Teller anrichten und nach Belieben mit frischen Kräutern (Petersilie) betreuen. Dazu ein frischer Salat oder Brot genießen. Guten Appetit.
